Rob Edwards along with Gary O'Neil represent the early names in the frame to replace Vitor Pereira as manager of Wolves.
Pereira was dismissed on Sunday following the squad's ten-game without a victory start to the top-flight season.
Furthermore Edwards and O'Neil - both of who have historic links to the club - are part of the names to be considered by the club leadership.
